ASP
The Association for Shared Parenting (ASP) exists to promote the right of children to the nurture and love of both parents after separation or divorce and to encourage and support parents in the fulfilment of that right.

Barnardos
Funds research and projects for vulnerable, neglected or disadvantaged children.


BAAM
British Association of Anger Management - UK wide organisation selling courses for all aspects of anger and conflict management


C:


CAFCASS
The Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (Cafcass) represents children in family court cases. They ensure that that children's voices are heard and decisions are taken in their best interests. They are independent of the courts, social services, education and health authorities and all similar agencies.


CEDR
Possibly the largest Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution in the world.


The Centre for Separated Families
Providing practical information for parents who are sharing care, plus those who are caring for their children alone and those who are not able to spend time with their children. Provides practical help for parents, carers, grandparents or anyone else with concerns about family separation.


Childline
Provides a free helpline and guidance for children and young persons in the UK


Children's Society
National Charity that supports children and young people across the country


Counselling Directory
Provides information and articles on counselling services, including a nationwide directory of qualified counsellors and psychotherapists.


CRAE
A helpful website resource for legal information, raising awareness of children's human rights, and undertakes research about children's access to their rights across England.

EHRC
The Equality and Human Rights Commission are an independent statutory body with responsibility to encourage equality and diversity, eliminate unlawful discrimination, and protect and promote the human rights of everyone in Britain. They enforce equality legislation on age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex and sexual orientation.

Provides a helpline and online chat, offering tailored support around issues such as bullying, special educational needs, and support for specific communities. and support in many aspects of family life.

A charity supporting the value of Fatherhood in family life, government and society.

Provides practical support, advice and campaigns on behalf of single parents

Paternity testing company. Also has their Helping Hand fund which can provide financial assistance in the cost of a paternity test.

Her Majesty's Courts & Tribunals service website.

JUMP
JUMP is a voluntary Jewish support and lobby group that aims to assist with better parenting time arrangements for the non-resident parent to see their children following difficulties after the breakdown of their relationship with their former partner.

LIFE Hounslow
Free and confidential support for anyone affected by pregnancy and pregnancy loss


M:


MATCH
A charity that offers non-judgemental support and information to mothers apart from their children in a wide variety of circumstances including those who are sharing parenting and those who have little or no contact with their children


ManKind Initiative
Provides a confidential helpline for all men across the UK suffering from domestic violence or domestic abuse by their current or former wife or partner (including same-sex partner).

Association and supporting membership body for around 350 child contact centres and services located throughout England (including the Channel Isles), Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.


NCB
National Children's Bureau providing research, training and campaigns on behalf of the best interest of children.


National Family Mediation
The largest national provider of mediation services and support in England and Wales.


NSPCC
A leading national charity fighting to end child abuse in the UK and Channel Islands.

The UK's largest independent producer of official statistics and the recognised national statistical institute of the UK.Office of National Statistics. Provides statistics on divorce, among many things.

The Royal Courts of Justice are the senior Court in the UK.

Charity providing couple counselling and relationship support


Resolution
Resolution's 6,500 members are family lawyers and other professionals committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes. Our members follow a Code of Practice that promotes a non-confrontational approach to family problems. Our members encourage solutions that consider the needs of the whole family - and in particular the best interests of children. We are members of Resolution.
